How to overcome the API limit with Client method

Greetings!

We can XYZ application in the marketplace which uses the client method to make API calls, as we know the client method stops at 50.

Increasing the API limit for my instance did nothing. Is there any way to overcome this?

Can you clarify if the app uses the Platform’s Request Method to make API requests? Also, does it use Freshworks product APIs or connect with an external system via API?

How has the API limit increased?

If the platform request method limit is increased, it should take effect, and if not, there might be some issues with the data used to increase the limit.

Yes, the request method provided by the Freshdesk is used.
The API is used to update the companies in FD.
