How to Reply button Editor window tooblar (ex: bold,image,link) is hide?

Hi all,

I am trying to hide the tool bar which opens when you click Reply button in the Freshdesk tickets. Using Interface method I have hidden the Attachment option. But unable to hide the tool bar. Is it possible to hide it or not?. If possible please share the solution.

If I’m not wrong you’re pointing out the toolbar above the send button consisting of Bold, Italic kind of options. I don’t think you can hide those as of now atleast with the interface methods.
If you’re using interface methods on the ticket details page these are the possible customisations available - Interface Methods
