How to schedule a task in app.js to create tickets in freshdesk

Hi Team,

I would like to schedule a task to create tickets in freshdesk. in freshdesk any scheduler api available to do this?. If not can anyone will suggest a way to atchieve this?

Without knowing a lot more about your problem statement, I would like to first understand whether you considered using Scheduled Events in your app. Assuming you did, you can check out this sample app, that shows you how to use SMI to create a schedule from the front-end of your app.

Except Scheduled event and SMI functions any other options are available in freshdesk to schedule a task because i has multiple recurring schedules as per requirement.This schedules also has a start date and end date to perform specific task.
