Is there an api/url or similar that would allow me to send a fresh desk support message to a device using the development APNS certificate?
I’m able to test with a Release build of the app which works fine with the fresh desk conversations but need to be able to receive a push message and debug my iOS mobile app.
I can’t seem to see any way to send a message using the APNS development certificate?
If anyone has any pointers to what I’m missing that would be much appreciated!
