Idea: Feature Request for FreshDesk - Tag Manager

We are currently working on enhancing our Knowledge Base to improve its effectiveness and accessibility for our staff. A primary method our team uses to search for articles is through tags. However, we have encountered an issue where many tags are either outdated or no longer in use, which diminishes the relevance and utility of our knowledge articles and support tickets. As a result, we have been seeking a robust tag management solution.

We believe that implementing a tag management feature would greatly benefit all users by allowing them to efficiently manage and update tags. Additionally, this feature would enable users to easily search and filter tickets associated with specific tags, thereby improving the overall search experience and knowledge sharing across the organization.

You did not mention that you used the current tag manager.

We did not know that this was a feature. Can you provide the steps on how to access this as I cannot seem to find it.
