Image in description of Ticket

Hello,
I want to create a ticket through my webapp, a photo must be sent in Description, I sent it in the form of base64 but since Freshdesk blocks base64 code, then this is not displayed in the portal after creation. Now I would ask how can I do that?

Hello,

I think that you must have the images hosted somewhere and include a “img” tag in your description with a link to those images.
I found this discussion about someone with your same issue.
