I have a Freshsales app that displays a custom view under an Account (sales_account_entity_menu placeholder).
In this view we show contacts associated with the account, including their phone numbers. When a phone number is clicked, I want an outgoing call to be initiated using the inbuilt Freshsales telephony functionality. Is this possible?
