Integrate a form as a widget to create a new ticket

Hi everyone

Hope you are doing well. Right now I would like to know if is possible to integrate liveperson with Freshdesk to create a ticket. This is the use case:

1. I would like to integrate a form as a widget in liveperson, to do that is necessary to put a URL to appear on the form. Here is a capture of where you put the url to create a widget:

My question is: Is it possible to create a url to appear in the form to create a ticket?
