This is to inform you that we are trying to integrate FD within the Telephony dialler we are not able to do this.
Concerns raised by the dialler team:
They are calling the FreshWorks URL for the administrator access and once trying to access FreshDesk this get redirected to another URL which is causing difficulties for them to integrate this. Also, they mentioned that this issue is observed only with FD app all the other FW apps are accessible.
