For my pet project, I’m building a product that would request access to a freshsales’ user’s CRM so that we can fetch their leads and deals data, update their leads and deals data from our product’s platform and get real-time updates from their CRM on our product’s platform.
I want to understand how I can leverage freshsales’ APIs, external app and OAuth to achieve this. I would really appreciate your insights, thank you!
