How to using webhooks get notification when user create new conversations?
- Same like to get a notification into your Microsoft teams group when ever a message is created in Freshchat?
Hello @lovehlmm here is the Freshchat documentation on enabling webhooks and using these payloads to send to your third party application to generate a notification.
You can find the webhooks settings under Admin > Configure in your Freshchat instance.

Hey @Zach, I have redirected to my admin settings but I see an entirely different user interface like in the screenshot attached. Can you help me with that please?
Edit: I want to create a webhook from whatsapp to alert my backend for other operations.
