We are trying to upload API JSON file within the Playstore - Freshdesk For Mint App from the marketplace, but facing “Invalid package name”. Any help would be appreciated.

If it’s a specific app from the Freshdesk Marketplace, the issue has to be reported to the app developer. If it’s developed by the Freshdesk product team, please contact Freshdesk product support at support@freshdesk.com.
If it’s not an app, confirm where are you seeing this and share the link and HAR logs from your browser when the error happens.
