Is End-user apps available in Freshservice?

Greetings!

Is it possible to create & deploy an end-user app in Freshservice?

I can see that it is possible in Freshdesk.

I even check the 3.0 docs, but no luck.

Can anyone confirm that?

No, the end-user app feature is not available in Freshservice. It’s only available for Freshdesk.

We do not have it on the roadmap. We have not received this request from the community before. So, we do not have any timeline for when it will be added to Freshservice.

I have submitted a new feature request ticket (#15727060) on your behalf on Freshservice support. Please provide more context, if requested, on the ticket to consider it for the roadmap.
