Is it possible to create bidirectional integration between ServiceNow and Freshdesk and How?


We have customers asking about Service Now and Freshdesk integration (bi-directional). Are there any steps we can follow to create this integration from the API documentation?

Perhaps you could take a look at our Serverless Apps. I believe most bidirectional use cases would rely on the Freshworks events and ServiceNow external webhooks.
