Is it possible to make a Freshdesk app "admin-only?"

Hello, all…

I’ve made Zendesk apps before and am working on my first Freshdesk/Freshservice app. I have it all working and am posting it to the Marketplace for review.

A late-breaking question I should have asked earlier: Is there some means (perhaps in the manifest.json) to indicate that only Freshdesk/Freshservice ADMINs can use the app? The icon should be hidden from non-admin users?
