It doesn’t look like there is a way to do this via the API. It is an invalid field in the request. Which is strange since the field is a boolean value and is returned when you get the ticket details.
Would make sense to add this to the API as a property that we can edit for both freshdesk and freshservice.
Is there any updates for this question? We have a lot false positive spam detected tickets and since there is no way to disable spam check, I would like to unspam tickets using API.
