Is it possible to trigger data methods (contact.update) before app.activate in Freshsales CRM

Hi Team,

We want to trigger data methods befor app.activate event.
We have tried in freshdesk it working as expected.
But when we tried in freshsales crm it not working.
please refer the screenshot below.
