We are having a scenario when the custom app external method is triggered we need to fetch the change request using the id value that we got from the external event and update the change request. But we could not able to find any filter API to search the change request.

Thank you for your patience. Apologies as the Developer relations team was occupied with the Developer Summit that happened in Bangalore last month so we couldn’t assist you sooner.
There is a Changes API that gives you list of Changes which you can filter using filter type (?type=[filter_name]).
Furthermore, If you wish to view a specific change then kindly use view change method to achieve the desired result.
