Issue with Attachments Not Being Mandatory in Service Requests - freshservice Portal customization

Hi Team,

One of our clients is facing an issue where attachments are not being marked as mandatory, allowing service requests to be submitted without any attachments.

This functionality was working fine until a few days ago, and we suspect it might be due to a recent Portal update. I have also checked the form settings, and the “Allow Attachments” option is enabled.
