Issue with Custom App (Freshsales Suite)

Hi Team,

We are trying to build a new custom app but receiving an error.

In addition to that, before, we had the option to create new Apps for Freshcaller or Freshchat, but now that is not possible. We just experienced it last week. Was there any change?

From what we can see, our account was under Freshsales Classic not Freshsales Suite.
