List All Ticket Fields API only returning a subset of fields

It appears there is an inconsistency in the documentation of this API in respect to which attributes of a ticket are returned. For example:

  1. Attribute company_id is not included in the list, but there is a field named company
  2. Attributes deleted, due_by, email and email_config_id do not appear in the field list

So what is the criteria for the list of fields returned by the List All Ticket Fields API?
