I’m rather disappointed in the options for listing tickets and filtering tickets, specifically that they cannot be combined. Filter Tickets is missing critical fields such as requester and company, while List All Tickets has no way of listing all unresolved tickets. the predefined filters are not very useful, new_and_my_open only includes “open” not all unresolved. This means they only way i can get tickets by customer is to pull a large dataset of all tickets regardless of if they are resolved, closed, or even trash
