We have got one requirement to make comment field as mandatory when assignment group changes. I am unable to do it. Can anyone help me to implement it.

Use can use the Events Methods and interrupt the ticket update event and prompt the message to the agent.
or if it is a drop-down field set it as mandatory by default and based on the group value hide/show the necessary data using the the data methods.
