When we send a message or alert, those who are available will receive the message, but it’s not necessary that everyone would be available, especially if the team is working 24*7 environment.
Can the team create such a functionality/feature that we can broadcast a message and it will display as an alert/acknowledgment to all agents, including those who are not available, whenever they log in next time, and immediately to those who are available?
