"Missing Call Ended Fragments in Freshchat Conversations"

Hi community,

I’m working with Freshchat and I can see conversation fragments for events like “Outgoing call to …” and “Incoming call to …” as shown in the screenshot below. However, when a call ends, I’m not getting any similar “Call ended” fragment.

I expected to see something like:
Call ended with <Contact Name> or 📞 Call Ended

Could anyone guide me on:

1. Whether Freshchat automatically provides a “Call ended” fragment.
2. If not, how can I capture and display such an event (via webhooks, APIs, or SDK)?

but instead I receive my output like the below screenshot
