On the contact card in Freshdesk, the timezone of the contact is only displayed as the name of the city. For more obscure cities that doesn’t help in being able to understand what the time difference is quickly.
It would be much more helpful if the time difference from GMT was also displayed next to the name of the city.
For example at the moment New York is shown as follows:
