I’d like to modify the Auto Ticket Merger app, to look at
“Last modified” date instead of “Date created” when looking for the old ticket to merge the new ticket into.
The app is created by Freshworks. Can you make a modified app or perhaps provide its source code so I can attempt to modify it myself?
The app for sure needs some rework - For me it even seems, that the app uses the “old” merging logic, which means, that the merged ticket does end up with different properties, compared to merging tickets on the platform.
Some of it can be fixed by a Ticket Updates automation.
This is what I’m using to open the old ticket when a new one is merged into it.
