More API endpoints for Omnichannel Activities in Freshdesk

Hi Team,

From the past few months, I’ve been working on project where I had a opportunity to use Freshdesk API.

It’s well structured and easy to use.

There is a 1 endpoint by using it, we can store Omnichannel activity.

Well, Unfortunately there is not GET request endpoint to fetch the timeline entries created in that contact.
There are some use-cases where those details stored in those timeline can be useful from Data perspective.

It would be great to have such endpoints.
