My app doesn't appear in the 'in development section'

I am currently testing APP id 343050 and have encountered an issue that prevents the draft version from appearing in the production portal.

Context & Steps Taken

  1. The ZIP package installs successfully and is listed under Admin → Apps → Custom Apps with status Draft.
  2. My account has Admin privileges
  3. There is no app in the development section

Could you kindly:

  1. Verify whether additional flags or headers are required for draft apps to render in production.
  2. Confirm that the runtime specification "node": "18" (or 18.18.0) is fully supported on our Freshdesk plan.
  3. Advise on any hidden cache or account-level setting that might block draft apps
  4. Provide a recommended troubleshooting checklist or a minimal example app that definitely renders in draft mode, so we can isolate the variable.

Please let me know if you need log exports, the exact ZIP, or a short screen recording of the steps above. I appreciate your prompt guidance; resolving this will let us continue with bounce-ticket merging and save the team significant manual effort.

Welcome to the Freshworks developer community!

The app has to be in the “in-development” state to appear in the Marketplace. The draft apps will not appear until they’re saved for testing.

This app also does not appear even in test mode!
Please check
