I worked for Birdie and we developed a Birdie app for Freshdesk and Freshchat a few months ago.
However, we are facing an issue where Birdie doesn’t display on the Freshchat marketplace when customers are on Freshchat. Here is a screenshot of the marketplace I’m referring to:
However, it does appear on the Freshworks marketplace at: Freshchat Birdie - Screen Recording & CoBrowsing Integration | Freshworks Marketplace
Could you please advise on what we can do to ensure that the Birdie app is displayed on the Freshchat marketplace as shown in my screenshot?
