New version of custom app not being deployed, even though GUI says it's published

I have published a new version of our Freshdesk custom app.

The GUI says that the app is published, but on the user end it still serves the old app.

I can see that the old app.js file on cloudflare is till being served.

Any help as to why the new version is not being deployed?

Could you please ensure that the application is updated in the “Manage Apps” section? This will allow you to access the latest version of the application.
