For one of the use cases where we want to use a custom app to fetch list of custom objects at ticket details page and link those values to a custom field of type drop down.
We have Set Options of Ticket Property Fields in freshdesk using the interface API however we do not have same functionality in Freshservice.

It is currently not possible. I will pass it as feedback to the Freshservice team to consider this Interface Method to set options dynamically.
