Hi I’ve noticed that Node 14 will hit End of Life in a few months and Node 16 will be End of Life before the end of the year. Does freshdesk have plans to update the node version support.

Welcome to our community 
We have managed to establish a cadence since 2021 to update FDK with actively supported Node.js version. This year, we will bring in support for Node 18 in FDK before the EOL of Node 14. Watch out for the Announcements post as soon as we are live. (Providing the link for last year’s announcement as reference)
