Not able to access sandbox option under admin

Earlier I can see option under admin - sandbox from where I can rebuild my sandbox, now sandbox option is not available.

Hello @Manav_Kodnani,

Any chance the level of your pricing plan was changed. Sandbox is only available for the Forest level plan in Freshservice and Freshdesk.

Just a thought.

Hi Zach, thanks for replying, 1 hr before it was fixed from freshdesk support team, it is now visible under admin, thanks though
