I’ve set up a simple workflow automator that should trigger whenever there’s an update on a ticket. This workflow includes an Action node with a specific configuration. However, when I test the webhook using a sample payload, I’m getting a “400” error.
It’s worth noting that the same webhook works perfectly with “Freshdesk,” but it isn’t functioning with “Freshservice.”
Can someone help me figure out what’s going wrong?
