We have developed an custom APP and deployed in the .freshservice.com domain. But unable to install the APP. while installing It Shows the Error message like contact support
Could you check if you have everything is fine in the onAppInstall Serverless event handler if the app has it?
I will initiate a personal message thread here, please send the HAR logs while reproducing the issue so that I could troubleshoot why is the app installation failing.
