Hi I’m wondering if anyone’s come across this before
I’m on with setting up onboarding for our workspace and want to be able to set up some automation to close the parent ticket once all of its associated child tickets have been resolved, so Agents wont have to manually access this list to close the completed onboarding requests.
There doesn’t seem to be much, if any way to Identify/reference only the onboarding tickets through the global workflow ticket Automator in order to do this
I’ve spoken to support and was initially given the below article for “sequential ticketing for child tickets” which is close to what i’m after but refers to the child tickets being opened after a predecessor ticket is completed
I essentially want to bookend this with something that will close the Parent ticket once all of the associated tickets have been resolved
Any Ideas would be much appreciated
