Our Amazon EventBridge app is not showing logs for today. This made us think that the following events are no longer triggered:
onTicketCreate, onTicketUpdate, onConversationCreate
Could it be due to the payment issue and our account being suspended for a few hours?
We kindly ask for help.
Can you please verify if the app is in enabled or disabled state?
The app was not enabled. After I enabled it everything runs fine. Still I am not sure about what disabled it in the first place.
Whenever an account is suspended, all the apps in the suspended account will be automatically disabled. When the subscription is regained, the user is expected to enable it.
