We have a customer from Pacific Dental who has created a custom app (created by the customer dev team) called Office Business Hours. Where the app, when accessed via the ticket, the same loads for a couple of seconds and then errors out, stating, “Please check the department URL”. The reporter of the issue is Steven Gaines (steven.gaines@pacden.com). The app ID is 55525, and the app file is shared via the upload. Steven is unable to access the dev community portal, and the FD team stated they are unable to find any error logs for the portal email receipt. Could we please check this and revert back to Steven on the email - steven.gaines@pacden.com on this case, or can you reach out to me via Slack so that I can share the update with Steven? TIA.
