Paid Apps Payout handling

Hi,

I have created an app for Freshdesk. Now I want to publish that app in the Freshdesk marketplace as a Paid app. I want to know how the payouts are working on there?

When the customer buys the app from the marketplace, how that amount should come to us?

Do we need to manage the payment handling part inside the app itself or Freshdesk is managing that ?

Hey @AmilaDeshan,
Payments are handled by Freshworks and there would be a monthly payment based on how many Paid apps are being used/installed.
