Parameter cf_soort_ticket in "custom fields" doesn't accept spaces

If I fill in “question” in the custom field ‘cf_soort_ticket’ the ticket will be created. But when I use text “report or bug”, the API results in error 400.

Why is that?

If the ‘cf_soort_ticket’ is a type of drop-down field, then you should add the ‘question’ as an option in the fields manager in the admin section.

But if the ‘cf_soort_ticket’ is a type of text or para, please share the code with us so we can help you.
