Per Agent Pricing

For the Agent Per Month pricing method I am looking to clarify how it works.
• Is it just agents that are actually using the app or is the customer charged for the total number of agents they have.
• If it is a serverless app that triggers whenever a ticket is updated, but only takes action when specific conditions are met on the ticket, would every agent updating tickets be considered “using” the app?
• Is it for both IT and Business agents?
• What about Occasional agents?

The pricing works as below

  1. Agent Per Month: Customers are charged the price specified in the Set Price field, for every agent using the app.
  2. Account Per Month: Each unique customer account is charged a fixed price specified in the Set Price field, irrespective of the number of agents using the app.

It is my understanding from an email from Parth K. yesterday, that it isn’t necessarily every agent using the app. He stated the following:
For the Agent Per Month pricing method, the customer is charged for the total number of agents in the plan. The usage is not considered. So If a customer has 20 agents, and only 2 agents are using the app, the customer will still be charged for 20 agents.
