Is it possible to use ticket filter API by querying with dependent custom fields?
When I tried to use a dependent custom field’s name in the filter api query, it is mentioning it as an invalid name but this seems to work for custom fields which are not dependent fields.
Is there a way to filter tickets based on custom fields which are also dependent fields?
At least in the documentation, I do not see a way to filter tickets using custom fields. I also put you in touch with the Freshdesk team over this discussion. Please let us know what you learn
