I’m experiencing an issue while trying to connect the ChatGPT Assistant (Multilingual + Custom Fields) app (link) to our CRM. The APIs are correctly set up. I had contacted the CRM support chat, and they advised me to reach out to the provider, Canadesk.
Canadesk told me that, based on the screenshots I sent them, Freshdesk is blocking the freshdev.io domain, and that both domains (freshdesk.com and freshdev.io) belong to you, not them.
Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue? I’m attaching a screenshot with all the details.
What exactly is the issue reported? I couldn’t find any clues in the screenshots shared.
I’m not sure which error comes from the app. I don’t see any error coming from the Freshworks platform.
