Queries Regarding Freshworks CRM Product Module

Hi,

I am working on Freshworks CRM. I have some queries regarding the product module. I am Fetching all products using API and populate them into the table. In the single product, I found SKU Code and Product Code.

Queries:

  1. What is the difference between SKU and Product Code.
  2. Which one can be used as a unique value. As I have tested, Duplicate values are getting stored in SKU and Product Code.

Could you kindly share a sample payload that you receive on your end? Would be great if you can share the corresponding Freshworks CRM REST API endpoint as well (curl/postman)
