Querying for FreshChat Transcripts

Can anyone point me to an API that can be used to download chat histories and transcripts from FreshChat?

I’ve been poking around quite a bit and haven’t seen it.

Hey @Chaz_Rowe,

Please view the link here. This is our transcript API where you can provide a conversation ID to view the messages.

To make it easier, we have a NPM package here that you can consume which will generate the transcript with various options.
