React app in Freshcaller and Freshchat

Hi,

Does Freshchat and/or Freshcaller support a React application like Freshdesk does? There is no template for it so I assume not?

There is very little guidance, I should admit — We are investing in a different model of having developers use react in their apps.

But if you think it’s something you want, you can use the react application just like Freshdesk does since it’s the same app platform.

I’ve reported this issue internally to the team. They are watching this request for more demand, I will also move this topic to ideas.

Thanks @Saif, I am using react for the other applications too using the freshdesk boiler.
