The Custom App developed using React for Freshservice exhibits an issue where it doesn’t load on the first attempt, but after a page refresh, it functions correctly. Interestingly, this behavior occurs only on the Client network, while it loads as expected on our network. I would appreciate your feedback on how to identify and resolve this issue.
