This forum is dedicated to the Developer Platform (APIs, FDK, SDKs, and Serverless).

  • Product Support: If you are a user looking for help with Freshdesk or Freshservice features, please visit the Freshworks Support Portal.
  • Service Requests: Requests for rate limit increases, SMI timeouts, or app account migrations should be submitted directly via the Dev-Assist Portal.

Before posting, use the search bar to see if your question has already been answered. We are working to turn the most frequent challenges into Wiki guides to save you time.

3. Provide Your Technical Context

Our team needs to see your environment details immediately. Please include:

  • FDK Version: (e.g., v9.0.1).
  • Node.js Version: (Ensure you are using the version required for your FDK).
  • Product: (e.g., Freshdesk, Freshservice, Freshsales).
  • Relevant Code Snippets: Use code blocks to share your manifest.json or serverless logic.

4. What Happens After You Post?

Your topic will enter our Triage Engine:

  • Community First: We wait a little before staff intervenes to allow your fellow developers to provide a solution.
  • Automatic Deflection: If we identify your post as a bug, we will move it to the Support category and assign an Engineering owner.
  • Tracking: Our team monitors this feed daily to ensure no technical query goes unanswered.
