Hi Team,

Need clarification regarding the Recharge marketplace app integration with Freshdesk Omni Pro.

Customer is specifically interested in chatbot self-service capabilities for subscription management.

Could anyone confirm:

  • Whether Recharge supports customers directly cancelling/amending/updating subscriptions through Freshdesk Omni chatbots/Freddy workflows?

  • If these actions happen natively within Freshworks or redirect users to a Recharge-hosted portal?

  • Any known limitations or additional setup requirements from the Recharge side?
