Customer is specifically interested in chatbot self-service capabilities for subscription management.
Could anyone confirm:

Whether Recharge supports customers directly cancelling/amending/updating subscriptions through Freshdesk Omni chatbots/Freddy workflows?

If these actions happen natively within Freshworks or redirect users to a Recharge-hosted portal?
